We build bioinformatics resources to bridge the gap across complex multi-omics data types (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and structural biology) to help: (1) hypothesize variant effect on protein function, (2) analyze drug target ↔ disease pairs.
We use computational biology, biophysics, and statistics to develop methods to decipher the molecular effect of genetic/synthetic mutations on protein structure-function relationships.
Our lab develops AI/ML-driven innovative tools and technology for small-molecule hit identification using data from DNA-encoded library (DEL) screening, high-throughput screening (HTS), etc.
